Usage Rights & Design License Agreement

Welcome! Before you use any of our digital printables-free or premium-please take a moment to read and understand the terms under which they are offered. These guidelines are here to ensure fair use, protect our work, and keep things clear for everyone.

What You Cannot Do (All Files)

Regardless of whether the file was free or purchased, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing the digital files with others-via email, websites, social media, or any platform for commercial use.
  • Selling the files or their printed versions.
  • Editing or transforming the artwork to create new products for sale.
  • Using the artwork in items intended for mass production or redistribution (e.g., books, apps, templates, videos).
  • Uploading the files on download sites, cloud folders, or third-party platforms.
  • Claiming the design as your own or using it in design portfolios.
  • Associating the design with political messages, campaigns, or endorsements.

Free Printables: Personal Use Only

We love sharing free content-but with clear boundaries:

  • Feel free to use them at home, for personal projects, or small-scale educational settings like homeschooling or classroom decorations.
  • You may not use them in commercial settings or distribute them through blogs, stores, or platforms-even if you’re offering them for free.
  • Removing, editing, or hiding the watermark is not permitted.
  • Want a version without a watermark or with higher resolution? Consider purchasing the premium version.

Premium Files: Light Commercial Use Allowed

Buying a premium printable gives you extended rights-but not full commercial ownership. Here’s what you can and cannot do:

What You Can:

  • Use the design in small business materials (e.g., posters, brochures, flyers) to promote your own brand or service
  • Incorporate the design in one-time client work (with restrictions)

What You Cannot:

  • Resell the file or include it in downloadable products
  • Use it in digital templates that are meant to be shared or sold
  • Mass produce products for resale (e.g., T-shirts, stickers, planners) without an extended commercial license
  • Offer the design or a variation of it on marketplaces like Etsy, Creative Market, or your own store

Additional Notes

  • Purchasing a file does not include technical assistance (e.g., printer help, software tutorials, or customization services)
  • All rights remain with the original creator. You’re buying a license to use the design, not the ownership of the design itself
